Sarah Barracuda is so much better than Jack Kemp in 1996. I’ll continue to believe that even if she occasionally lapses into “valley girl” mode. I guess the question is, is she a good campaigner. Campaigning is a heck of a grind. I could never do it, with its neverending combination of faux enthusiasm, talking points, glad-handing, smiling, and schmoozing.
