If Russia gets away with nothing more than meaningless gestures and rhetoric, perhaps the US should follow suit and take over the Mexican states of Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas in order to better secure our southern border. Russia is setting the precedent we can follow. I think we are looking at this the wrong way.
