I either want Joe on Meet the Press, or fired and on Fox. Andrea is like the little kid in the class who keeps wanting to talk and the smart kids in the class answer the questions. She was a joke last night – I thought she was going to cry.
Does anyone know who said it was a symphony, or are we to assume it was that obnoxious olbermaniac?

My father-in-law and I were flipping through channels and came across MSMBC. He’s not terribly political so he takes one look at Andrea Mitchell and says, “Why is Joan Rivers on this show?” I couldn’t stop laughing.

Gergen was the one who called Barack’s speech a “symphony.” When my liberal cousin related that to me, he explained that even a “respected conservative commentator” called it a “symphony.” Well, I corrected immediately to let him know that David Gergen is not conservative, nor necessarily respected. And I likened Barack’s speech to not so much a symphony, but more of an extended dance mix of his usual stump banter.
