Reminds me of when my 2 younger kids are playing a game. The older one makes up new rules when things aren’t going her way & because the younger one is ignorant & naive about how she is being manipulated, she goes along with the new rules change in the middle of their game.
Bah! If I were a democrat, I’d be mad about this!

I don’t believe Papa Barack will change his tactics in the general election. Not until he’s President-for-Life, that is.

Glenn Beck was just talking about that. Something like “Every time you watched this as a kid (cause that’s what your parents were always watching) it was always ‘FROM THE GREAT STATE OF FLORIDA…’ and they’d do that for all the states.”

So apparently, this is part and parcel with HopeAndChange.

California passes. Illinois passes…. later on, New Mexico passes to Illinois, who passes to New York (confused yet?), where Hillary will cast the deciding votes, and or call an end to the roll.

This is why did the hotel vote.

California passed because they didn’t want Hillary passing Obama on the tally, even for a moment.

That doesn’t make sense. The last Green Papers estimate gave Clinton a 29-delegate lead in California (with 6 superdelegates uncommitted), and that was back in June. More likely, they didn’t want the majority to happen before New York.

If this is business as usual, as Ben Smith now reports, is Politico retracting its earlier story? And why were Hillary delegates so upset by the earlier change?

My guess is this… The PUMAs got the 800-whatever notiary signatures required to force a floor vote. But they did a preview, hotel vote on paper to get written down the totals on who is getting what–that way they can do stage play, seen with California passing. They’ll knew at what point Hillary would have passed Obama, so they’re putting those states off to later so Hillary doesn’t pass Obama even for a second in the tally.

As for where this leaves the PUMAs, I’ve no idea. All they wanted, they said, was to vote for Hillary and now they’re getting it… will this heal wounds? We’ll just have to wait and see.
