If it was the Republican’s who were opposing drilling and keeping the gas prices high. The Idiotcrats would be screaming on how it was hurting the poor, the minorities, and the children. Why don’t we do the same?

You know, we often rightfully criticize left-wing protesters for interrupting speeches with their chants and antics.

Although their cause is just, I found the chanting during Pelosi’s speech annoying. Guys, if you must scream and yell, do it just before and immediately after a speech. Oh, and yell LOUDER next time because the Dems can’t hear you.

I am assuming that you meant to say militia compound… so now every college student in Idaho is in a militia? I was in the PhD program at the University of Idaho for a year and I promise you that UI has nearly as many damn liberals as any other college!

As for Pelosi, I was convinced that the #1 most stupid liberal on the planet was Obama, but I think that she might just give him a run for the money in that race. Anyone remember that scene in Men In Black where they show Will Smith which famous people are really aliens… well I am thinking that Nancy Pelosi would have fit in there real nice!

I am left with two concerns after viewing this.
1. With Nancy Pelosi’s comments here and Howard Dean’s early yesterday leave me concerned with their reasoning abilities. Democrats spew hate and are arrogant enough to think they alone can solve the world’s problems. It’s only going to get worse before it gets better.
2. My bigger concern is that while I agree with the demonstrators that we should “Drill here and drill now!” I don’t agree on borrowing tactics from the left. Not all of the sign holders were shouting. Good! Are we going to borrow the same silence-the-opposition by shouting rather than debating? I hope not. This was bad form. I hope this doesn’t become a trend. I rather liked the striking difference between right from left protesting. The liberal media that often ignores the anarchist nutjobs that parade through town will no doubt love to show the rude right protestors.

Well, according to what she told George Stephanopolis a few weeks ago, she wants gas prices to stay HIGH because she believes that is an incentive to develop alternative sources.

But she also knows that it’s speculation about future supply and demand that drove the price per barrel up to $150, and that just the promise (or even the possibility) of increased drilling will bring prices back down.

She said it very plainly to Stephanopolis. She opposes more drilling because it will bring prices down and that, she fears, will mean that no alternatives will ever be developed.

She doesn’t care about the personal economically damaging cost of driving or food (or anything else that’s effected by high gas prices), she only cares about “the environment”.

In other words: She’s a lefty whacko.

The only eay we lost the House was refusing to vote in 2006. All the open seatsand House seats we need to vote for the GOP to get rid of Pelosi. The same for the Senate.

Drill now is a big chance to get some gains in House and Senate.
