New ad: Black Republican PAC hammers Obama on terrorism, abortion

Tough stuff, noteworthy less for who produced it (the only racial allusion is the reference to Obama “making history”) than for the gloves-off treatment of his highly nuanced position on born-alive abortions. Which makes sense: Their constituency is dwindling, so they might as well pitch this at a general swing state audience. If you’re looking for a retort in the vein of identity politics, the National Black Republican Association has got you covered. It’ll be fun watching the nutroots try to suppress their more Emil Jones-ish tendencies in offering a reply. Exit question: Conspicuous omission of Margaret Sanger and her eugenics background — a strategic show of restraint or an opportunity lost?

I don’t get the logic that says that something (a fetus) left to develop becomes a human, but we don’t know what it is? It shows me how corrupt and twisted man can become without guidance from his Creator!

sabbott, I think most honest people can figure this one out on their own – even without religion.

NGC 7008: The Fetus Nebula
Coincidence that this is up today? mmm…I would guess that some astronomer is not a fan of Obama.

I’m sure they considered the Sanger options but this is better because it focuses on Infantcide. It doesn’t get into the debate of when life begins etc. Most people connecct Sanger with controception not abortion. (rightly or wrongly)
There cannot be very many even in the Democratic Party that would sanction INFANTCIDE. And that is how Obama voted. Focusesing on that is a much better approach because it includes many many more people.

Very nice ad. I only wonder if they have made a version (or considered making one) with a black announcer’s voice…might have more resonance within the black community.

OK, so we’re going to play the OJ Simpson trial defense here. Don’t take my word for it, play that spot for a black friend and let him tell you if it’s a black man speaking or not.
PS: Your gold star is only good when you get quoted five time in one thread.

I just meant that liberals don’t often give much respect to black conservatives.

Your friend doesn’t have special black-voice detection powers. He can only guess like anyone else.

You asked how long before the NBRA members would be called names. What I meant was that they’ve been around long enough to have long been the recipients of epithets like “uncle tom” and “aunt-jemima” by liberals, so the question was moot.

Ken Hamblin, the talk show host. Sure do miss him.

Exit answer: They should have hammered him with the Margaret Sanger racism agenda.

There’s a great billboard by the Black Republicans in Golden, CO that says “Martin Luther King Jr. was a Republican”. They need to put it downtown where everyone can see it.

What if McCain picks Sarah Palin as his running mate?
She has a little baby boy named Trig who has downs syndrome.
Imagine her talking about what a wonderful gift Trig is, while America remembers that a baby like Trig is just the baby who would be left to die after surviving an abortion (see Jill Stanek and Christ Hospital – Obama infanticide for the facts.)
Wow, a landslide for McCain and hightened awareness of babies with DS and how they are gifts, not ‘punishment’.

I’m Catholic and I talk to practicing Catholics a lot about how Planned Parenthood sets up clinics in the poorest black neighborhoods to reap oil-company style profits.
I wonder if the Hollow Man is for a windfall profits tax on Planned Parenthood?
