The conventions are here and e-mailers are clamoring to comment, so now’s your chance. Sign into the thread below and follow the WordPress registration steps — after reading our terms of use, of course. If your comments don’t appear immediately, please be patient. WOW! What a great weekend it’s been for us here in Delaware!
First, we have a win-win with Urkel picking slo-joe– either he loses the election and we get the right choice for prez, or we get rid of that dipstick from our state for a while.
Second, with a little help from “hairplugs” I was able to convert a life-long democrat O-bot to a Mccain supporter yesterday!
And now a Hot Air account!! My wife is so happy that I don’t have to direct all my comments to her now.
Great work, guys. I’m a regular reader who can’t get through the day without checking my Hot Air RSS feed at least four or five times. All your efforts are very much appreciated. And thanks for opening registration.

Is it just me or is the new Fire Fox messed up. Every time I try to log in it says “invalid username”.

Hi. I’m new. I’ll probably comment only rarely, but it’s nice to be able to.
The older I get, the less convinced I am that politics matters. Beyond the big picture, that is: secular vs. theocratic, individualism vs. collectivism, dictatorship vs. democracy. I’m a libertarian Republican, but I don’t think Democrats are monsters, and I think the nation will survive even if Obama is elected.
Still, I can’t seem to stay away from the damned political horserace.

Finally!!! I’ve had so many wonderful and funny things to say and haven’t been able to say them. Now I finally can! Yea!
