Unless she inherited wealth, I doubt it. According to what I read about her this weekend, she has an Ed.D. from the University of Delaware, and teaches English at a Delaware community college (not a high-paying job) near their home(s).

Agreed. You can tell that they’re just pulling that out of their butts, and yet Obama has the gall to knock Romney – who happened to govern in MA without taking a salary. He worked for friggin’ FREE!!! I have yet to hear anything about another candidate on either side that impresses me quite as much as that single fact.

Also, what good is a higher minimum wage when it will just cause the cost of living to go up anyways? Dodd says he would raise it to 10.00 and hour? So what. I live on my own and make about that much with overtime and I’m up to eyeballs in credit card debt just paying for food, gas, and other necessities. How about lowering taxes on the companies I buy my stuff from so I can afford more and concentrate more on my schooling than working so much overtime.

Under the pre-1984 Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS), If Joe were to retire at the end of this term, he would collect a pension over $148,000 per year for the rest of his life.

Oh wonderful . . . the dolt hasn’t been able to accumulate any significant wealth throughout his time in the senate and now he wants to share his personal fiscal incompetence with the whole country. Why do these brain dead liberals think its great to be broke or destitute?

So, are his supporters saying something like . . . “Ok everybody, let’s all get together and elect this loser because he’s just as stupid as we are”. I know that’s absurd, but then again I’m not so sure it isn’t accurate.
