Finally alphie gets one nearly right, McCain had an unfair advantage. No, he didn’t get the questions early, but this is worse.

McCain has decades of experience in Federal politics, leadership experience in the military, and actually went through a Presidential campaign in 2000 (as well as several Senate re-election campaigns).

He’s done a lot of work in the Senate presenting his ideas, trying to persuade others to the wisdom if his ideas, and having to give his opinion in impromptu settings.

Obviously unfair to run him against the “present” voter from Illinois who has spent more time running for President than he has doing his job as a Senator. The Republicans should have run someone with no experience and little to no resume to be “fair” to Obama, but they didn’t.

Hopefully someone will allow Obama to get a decade’s worth of practical experience as well before the next debate, or it will likely be just as unbalanced and unfair.

That way maybe the tough questions won’t be over his “pay grade” when they come up again.

When asked how the “Cone of Silence” was, McCain said he “tried to listen through the walls” even though he was never actually in it (He was in his limo).

And of course he could not possibly be simply making a joke about sitting with his ear against the wall trying to listen in.

Besides, he’d have a super secret transmitter under his suit (huge and bulky – easily seen through the jacket but with a magical invisible earpiece) like W had during the debate with Kerry, right?

I suppose to those who so faithfully swallow the progressive notion that republicans aren’t as nuanced, thoughtful and intelligent as dems it would be inconcievable that one could do well in a forum like that without cheating. Do you get a nice release of endorphins each time you cry out that he cheated?

I fear a lot of aborted infants, could not have been able to speak for themselves.

Could not have been able to have the right to live.

Census data doesn’t really tell the whole story, does it?
When one doesn’t have the opportunity to exist, what does a Census matter of substance mean?

And everybody who listened to this event was under the impression McCain couldn’t listen in on Obama’s interview…but he could.

It all depends on whether McCain is a liar or not…
