Regardless of what happened on the campaign trail, a President Obama would need Rangel if he expects to get his tax policies signed into law.

I don’t think this gives fair credit to both Socialists’ loyalty to “the greater good.” Unless, by this statement, you mean Rangel will only want to double whatever Obama proposes…
