We do ask that you try to follow a few guidelines: * Keep your videos short and to-the-point. Videos should not exceed 2 minutes.

Well their video could have been made to be 30 to 45 seconds, and gotten the point across. But maybe that’s the point. They want to use a casually created video to solicit as many entries as possible. They can always take the original idea and sharpen it for final use if needed.

I’m thinking Speed would be a good candidate. Due to the high price of diesel, the bus is only filled half-way. Bus runs out of gas, and as it slows, it blows Keanu Reeves to smithereens. Hilarity ensues.

Too easy! Opening shot of a pre-teen girl holding this while explaining how she learned that law of supply and demand can explain the prices of everything from comic books to gasoline, then explaining why Pelosi doesn't want gasoline prices to drop. She would finish with a simple question. "I thought America's elected officials were supposed to do what is best for us. I guess I'll have to read this next."

So, Mad Max kills fifteen people in order to take over an old Exxon station. Then, as he goes to the pump, which says $7 a gallon, it also says “empty”. He is then overrun and captured by a bunch of Arabs who yell “Our pumps are full!” as they behead him.

I wonder if I can sign Mel Gibson to reprise his roll.
