These protestors and potential protestors complaining about the Gitmo in Denver should be happy that Denver has adopted the Gitmo model and not the Teinamen model.

Even with this warehouse jail being put together, the folks/protestors attending the convention and the counter-conventions have far far more “free speech” and “right to peaceful assembly” than any nation on earth.

[I still think this is an appropriate way, a wonderfully ironic way, the protests and counter protests and of course the arrests and "Lil Gitmo", a very appropriate way of recognizing and celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Left taking over the Democrat Party.]

Jet is right if Denver arrests people just for protesting and locks them up that is an abuse of free speech.

In Boston they utilized free speech areas with fencing they could not crawl over. These were challenged in court by the aclu and found to be legal.

The picture above are of temporary holding cells for those arrested. They have to be detained somewhere while they are being processed and taken to court for arraignment. Since, the moonbats intend to instigate mass arrests by breaking the law, they are not all going to fit in the local jails holding cells.
