Smarter than Scott McClellan and more likeable.

Note which paper the reporter with the “low” threat level hails from.

Would Helen Thomas notice the difference?

hahah…the Onion News Network is becoming my favorite source of postmodern hilarity

I don’t care who ya are… thats funny right thar…

Romeo13 on August 4, 2008 at 7:38 PM

That’s funny as all get out.

Talking to Anti-War documentarians and the self destruct sequence (taking about any press within a 200 ft radius) = awesome.

And it can serve Jail Time!!!

P.S. Reporter mysteriously dies of Non – Putin causes is the perfect ending, I think.

The bot might decide to self-destruct upon seeing Helen Thomas, I know I have.

And robots don’t write “tell-all” books…

JetBoy on August 4, 2008 at 7:45 PM

It’s sad in a way, and yet quite remarkable at the same time, when satire, which contains so little substance, says so very much. Whether it be the Onion or Gerard Baker, both accomplish more in terms of reaching the People than any serious article or commentary.

The Pentagon is one of the few organizations I’d like to be less transparent. That place is leakier than a wicker submarine.

Love it! Can we get Helen Thomas to sit within 200 feet? I’m sure just one question from her would cause a detonation.
