I pretty much agree with Mr. Dowdy. I don’t know about pulling the ambassador but cutting off a good part of the money would get their attention. We send Pakistan a lot of money, billions as I understand it. A 50% reduction would definitly get their attention. If no measurable improvement,
remove the other 50%.

I agree! I think Afghanistan should drop a battalion or two in there to do just that! (assuming they have the troops)
