Scott McClellan is toxic, he should not be given any kind of platform anywhere ever again.

I’m curious to see what Chris Matthews has to say for himself.

The same applies to “see” also. Many only see what they want to see.

Hey, Fox news does, to me, have a conservative “bias” or viewpoint dominance (whatever one wants to call it) with their commentators. No doubt about it.

He specifically delineated between the news reporters and the commentators or pundits.

He didn’t say FNC “generally”. And he didn’t say “not necessarily O’Leilly.”

He specifically said the commentators and he clearly distinguished between the reporters and the commentators or pundits.

And he specifically apologized on O’Reilly’s show for including O’Reilly among those commentators who he claims received talking points/information from the White House.

Anyway, who thinks that most journalists – pundits and hard news people – aren’t sent all kinds of information/press releases from the White House and Congress and the parties (DNC/RNC) and the Cato Institute and Greenpeace and every group with a fax machine or e-mail address?

Is this a revelation?

I have supported Bush through thick and thin these 8 years
but how this guy got anywhere close to the White House
is a testament in stupidity on Bush’s part.

Bush has proven time and again that he’s a terrible judge of character and gives trust where it hasn’t been earned.

Still he’s selling himself as someone worth listening to solely because of his past experiences and he’s not doing a very good job of communicating even now that he is out of that inherently confining job.

Good point. I misread it the first time.

His cache is that he was an insider with access to the inner sanctum of the WH and yet he appears to be completely over his head in the public.

I.e., why would anyone trust him as an authoritative person either inside the WH or now outside it.

TV sucks ass in general. MSNBC had the best evening line up when they had Joe and Tucker in their prime time. Lately, they became the FoxNews of the left. I guess, we still have blogs.
