It's all about the Clintons. Do remember the PUMAs, and the fact that Obama's margin of "victory" is due entirely to fickle superdelegates who haven't actually annointed him yet, some of whom had changed their minds once.

More bitch and moan from the entitled leftists.

They are not turning on their own reflection. They're just trying to pick teh bozo zit on the end of their nose. MSM/DNC yellow journalism mirrors the intellectual fraud BHO/ineligible potus candidate. They are one and the same entity. If it were otherwise, they could pluck the disconcerting element from their midst and cast it into their black hole. But as one organism, they are stuck on stupid bozo.

Interesting that The New Republic is starting to complain about Obama not giving them complete press access. Exit question: What is Obama trying to hide?

So now Obama is showing off his muscles and flirting with German reporters, and shunning American reporters. But American reporters, not German reporters, write what voters will read--how many voters read German newspapers?

But that's the point--voters are not supposed to know about Barack Obama. He's Superman for the cameras, but how dare anybody ask him about ISSUES? "Now, Katie"--get lost! Thou shalt not question the Anointed One!

What? Operator Error! No, wait, it was the bike's fault.

A few power plants and DDT factories would probably do more for the world’s poor than any amount of money handed out.

But the rest of the nation — the observant grown-ups — will. Mark my words, these perpetual adolescents in the media will be reckless in their infatuation, and it will cost them the election.

With each passing day, I fear the number of 'grown-ups' in this country is smaller than I previously thought.

All McCain need to do is be viable and not make any major gaffs that would call into question his fitness to be President. Obama is beginning to implode completely and McCain just needs to hold a mirror up to Obama.

Don’t fool yourselves: The MSM will always be in the bad for Obama. That’s a given.

Blake on July 25, 2008 at 10:36 AM

I agree. But this is a good thing, because the leftist elites are impulsive teenagers. Just look at how they frame their own coverage of Obama in terms of a romance.

This means the leftist press can't think straight; they won't see Obama's vulnerabilities. But the rest of the nation -- the observant grown-ups -- will. Mark my words, these perpetual adolescents in the media will be reckless in their infatuation, and it will cost them the election.

Obama preaching Marxism at the Berlin speech and people are noting. America stands for freedom, individual freedom, liberty, teaching fishing, not handing out fish, redistributing the spoils of capitalism to the rest of the world. America spreads freedom and democracy.

A few power plants and DDT factories would probably do more for the world's poor than any amount of money handed out. It's just that the Santa Claus syndrome is strong amongst the Marxists -- they need the votes.

Nobody in the MSM will ask Obama simple question about his Berlin speech: "Why, Senator Obama, did you omit Israel as a country where terrorists have done horrible things?" In his speech, Obama referred to terrorist outrages in "New York and Washington, D.C., London, Madrid and Bali". Obama chose not to mention Tel Aviv or Jerusalem or Haifa. Obama was willing to condemn terrorism against Israelis ONLY when he is in Israel. In Europe, he wanted to be down for the struggle with Euro leftists so he deliberately left out any Israeli cities from his list of terrorist victims. That was not an accident as the former Editor in Chief of the Harvard Law Review is quite skilled with the use of words.

I remember an incident from the 2000 campaign. It was a 'townhall' style forum held in St Louis. A woman asked a question, Gore bloviated something forgetable, Bush's response started with, "If I gain your confidence", or something similar.

Obama completely lacks such humility. Maybe we should start building him a presidential library based on his world tour. That way we can skip the misery inducing step of as term in office. He gets the monument to his ego, America gets to be rid of him. Everybody wins!

Obama exudes the platitudes of the great leaders that have come before him without an inkling of the message being delivered. He praises Beliners, like TheBigOLdDog says, but has not a clue of the message he is delivering. To cancel a trip to see wounded soldiers because of no cameras being allowed screams how utterly shallow this loser is. McCain is not the first choice, he is the ONLY choice.

“The decision to mislead reporters is a troubling one,” they wrote. “We hope this does not presage a relationship with the Obama campaign that is not based on a mutual respect for the truth.”

The MSM has a respect for the truth????
Since when?
