Don’t worry, there are only Democrats responsible for that mess. Which is why the media have swept it under the rug completely. Go read Paul Gigot’s column in the WSJ yesterday.

John Kasich would be a great pick. He’s already known to millions of Fox News viewers, comes from a blue-collar family, and chaired the House Budget Committee when Congress produced the first balanced federal budget in 40 years. He knows more about the federal budget than almost anyone else on the planet. Would take Ohio off the map for the Dems and would help a lot in Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Yeah but — the problem for Obambi is if he puts someone with experience on the ticket, experience in basically anything since anything would help, most people would immediately say the ticket is upside down. Obambi on the bottom might work :-)

Not true with McCain, all he needs is a complimentary economic conservative.

Gallup 2700 RVs, Barry +4 with a +/-2 point margin of error

Rasmussen 3000, LVs, Barry +2 with a +/-2 point margin of error.
