I can see all of the other videos posted today, but not these. The screen caps do not appear when I enter this post. (I’ve been in and out of here 3 times).

Just prior, I installed a security update to Adobe Flash Player. I don’t normally have any trouble with the videos here.

Fantastic Ed, you are HotAir’s man on the spot. I doubt very many of us have had the opportunity to see what all goes on in order to make a convention happen. Two suggestions, see if you can interview the guys in charge of making sure the balloons come down, we all know what a bad omen it is when the balloons don’t fall. See if they have some high-tech method that guarantees the balloons will drop, just for fun. Also, what’s the chance of obtaining some kind of directional mic to cut down on the surrounding noise? Its totally watchable the way it is, but that would be an improvement. Then again, I know diddly about microphones, so maybe that’s not doable.

This is going to get better each day, very cool.

Since the VP is nominated at the convention, and is determined in advance, that means they’ll need signs and/or digital images to run on the scoreboards and projectors identifying the VP candidate. Ed, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to get in the good graces of a campaign operative with access to that material so you can scoop the VP choice for us. :)
