I discovered the same thing. But it can be time consuming trying to sort through the flack. Kinda like trying to carry on an interesting and intelligent conversation with friends while some kid over in the corner in throwing a screaming, “look at me” tantrum.

I prefer threads where MB4 is absent or where he’s ignored -where the thread does not get off track and most of the posts are not, “you’re an idiot”, “no, you’re the idiot,”.

As for Obama, listening to him talk is like watching a snake swallow itself. This is how he gets support from people. He makes them think he agrees with them and then all of sudden he turns it all around.

I heard that he and Maliki did not actually talk about any timelines when they met. They were probably afraid to, specifics can be dangerous. Just keep things loose.

The rest of us aren’t stupid. We’re just not unreasonable. Plus, if Fred! had gotten off his ass earlier, or Mitt had kept going, or Huck wasn’t just…scary, then maybe McCain wouldn’t be the nominee.

You have made yourself so vulnerable to what could so easily be said that I don’t even want to go there.

Those additional troops could have gone into Afghanistan. That money also could have been used to shore up a declining economic situation in the United States. When RWR’s light up I don’t debate the intent or look for any nuanced possibiliy. Obama is a threat plain and simple, call me what you may, I don’t give a rats ass. I am mature enough to compromise my theoratical principles inorder to defeat the enemy….I can see the forest dispite the trees!

CBS was more fair than I thought they would be–she asked fairly tough questions and gave McCain rebuttal time (he didn’t do so well, trying too hard) and did mock themselves from being in love with Obama.

I think it’s going to hurt Obama. Maverick better take off the gloves pretty soon, though.
