Oh I hope so. After McCain/Huckabee, McCain/Crist is the next biggest joke ticket ever and will be SOOOO easy to make fun of. Maybe McCain could host a bachelor reality show for Crist; help him pick a first lady.
I can’t take the Veep selection seriously since I don’t accept our Presidential candidate. All I can hope for is good entertainment value; Mitt’s too serious. McCain is going to cut his leg’s out from under him. He’d be better off staying out of it until 2012.

McCain apparently holds a grudge against Romney and that is coloring his choices. John McCain is a walking temper tantrum, against GWB, evangelicals, social conservatives, real Republicans, etc…..

Why are we supposed to overcome our dislike and vote for a man who indulges in these decades-long grudges against anybody that rubs him the wrong way?

Jindal and Palin are young, they are the future.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Jindal is doing such a great job with my neighbor state and he needs to finish the job instead of getting scooped up by McCain. And plus there are some of us who, when they graduate from college here in Texas, would like to go intern under him :)

I mean hey, some of us need a good conservative to get wisdom from, god knows Rick Perry wouldn’t do a damn bit of difference in shaping our young conservative minds here in Texas.

I’m not for Romney because he’ll take the enthusiasm, what little there is, away from Evangelical Christians. If you believe in the existence of more than one God they’ll have an issue voting for you.

Palin is only being considered because she is a woman. Jindal has done nothing of note, except he is hard core anti-abortion and thinks creationism is science neither are reasons to be VP.

Ok with what you just said, do you know anything about Plain then what was just “put out there” in the MSM?

Palin cut the damn budget so much so that the Legislature here started whining to the point that they started calling their voters. I was totally FOR it, but even my Senator called me and whined and I told him to stuff a sock in it. I didn’t vote for him!

Or the fact she has cleaned up many of the Senators who were in “league” with the Oil sub “Veco” whom were also supposedly republican AND were taking bribes, some as small as 1400 dollars.

I really think this is more a Media frenzy issue. And you not living in my State wouldn’t understand WTF you are talking about since you do not live here!
