I don’t think I’d call the judge weak.

A bit shocked? Sure. Personally, I think she made a smart strategic move. There’s no need for the judge to come down to hard on him when all that needs to be done is to hand the prisoner the rope and let him hang himself.

That little episode there will go a long way to keeping this critter in jail longer.

And boy do I have respect for public defenders. So much respect. It’s a thankless job, with clients like that, but without them there’s a thin line between us and the state.

Regardless of whether he is a con his basic point still stands. Do we have cops abusing their authority? When someone is in jail the warden and the officers are responsible for the cons safety. They are not there to just keep order. So if officer Diaz is beating up prisoners he should be removed. The punishment was being sent to prison not getting your ass kicked by a cop. If we want cops to kick their asses then we should man up as a society and start sentencing people to getting their ass kicked, hands cut off, castration, and public executions.

wigger: A term invented and used by white people who would like to but are too afraid to use the word “nigger.” The term may be directly supplanted with “nigger” and no intended meaning will be lost.

It is a racist term and only less offensive than “nigger” in that it is less well-known. Otherwise people using this term should get some cajones and say what they mean.

Try it out on me.

Also, referring to Ted Danson as a “wigger” because of whom he loved and/or dated is the lowest form of bigotry. Your racist family and friends would be proud.

What a softy judge. But if I were the judge and reacted how I would want to, I probably wouldn’t be a judge for very long.

Commenting further on the defendant (and how unshocked I am at his behavior) could be dangerous grounds so I will refrain.
