Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), Senator John Cornyn joins us to discuss his efforts at opening American resources for oil production, and the efforts by Democrats to obstruct it. We’ll talk about the dishonesty of the so-called DRILL Act, and outline the strategy needed to increase supply and lower prices.

How can the Democrats unwillingness to get us out of this mess with oil prices be exposed.
This do-nothing congress is playing right into the hands of BIG FOREIGN OIL.
We should take control of our own energy needs and that includes drilling offshore, drilling in ANWR and getting the rest of the energy providers up and running, nuclear, solar, and wind.
Time to do SOMETHING. Use it or Lose it law they are trying to pass is just stupid.

I won’t get to listen in, but I do hope Sen. Cornyn gets props for leading on energy. We need more like him.

I hope I can get a question to Senator Cornyn about the GOP organizational efforts.
With the dems really upgrading their grassroots campaign I have yet to see a single effort by the GOP to counter it.
Here I sit with years of campaign experience, A college Education and strong conservative values.
I have gotten several offers from the Democrats to work on their campaigns and get payed for it. I have not gotten one offer by any GOP campaign other than just to ask me for money or donate free time.
