I am all for secure borders… but I would also submit to the Latin American community this deal: Fence for guest workers + McCain path to citizenship which includes penalties for illegal conduct + more ports of entry & future economic aid tied to governance reform so there is less of a pent-up demand to come here and more freedom in the world.
