McPeak is of the opinion that the Air Farce single handedly won WWII, Korea and played a significant role in Grenada, Panama, Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Indeed, the ground forces involved were all Air Commandos with minor support from junior services (Army, Marines and Navy). That we left Vietnam in tatters is laid at the feet of the Army (they didn’t follow the Air Farces direction).

That would be the same McPeak who raised the “Iraq 100 years” possibility himself, 5 years ago.

But he looked good in his Manly Man V-Neck T-Shirt that his wife pushed on the USAF.

Agreed trigon, the only way such an incompetent fool as Weasley Clark could have advanced to General is by kissing the ample asses of those above him who must also have been relatively ignorant arrogant fools.

I guess even the greatest fighting force known to man has a few weak links…scary

I find it hard to believe that Clark ever achieved any position of responsibilty in the US military. How could that have happened? More importantly, how can we stop it from ever happening again?
