Ya’ll might as well enlarge that livestream video player full screen on your front page because everyone and their dog won’t be watching anything else.

Wow! That is quite a line-up.
Weight of Glory on June 26, 2008 at 3:57 PM
I already sent a goodie package to our wonderful military from my husband and myself. This is a great show of support from many American’s. Thanks so, so much.

VolMagic on June 26, 2008 at 4:11 PM
Refresh to reconnect to your audio stream. It should get better after the initial traffic surge.
Go Michelle!
The Race Card on June 26, 2008 at 4:11 PM
same here
conservativegrandma on June 26, 2008 at 4:12 PM
no change after refresh
William Amos on June 26, 2008 at 4:13 PM
didnt fix sound, still really bad
conservativegrandma on June 26, 2008 at 4:13 PM
How are you keeping track of the donations?
I sent 7 “Goodies From Home” - Single Packs.
conwayluge on June 26, 2008 at 4:13 PM
no change after refresh…so much feedback, it’s impossible to sit and follow this
bridgetown on June 26, 2008 at 4:13 PM
I am a proud and humble contributor.
BigD on June 26, 2008 at 4:14 PM
Ditto here.
Hope it’s not widespread, and if it is, that it doesn’t last.
Hawkins1701 on June 26, 2008 at 4:14 PM
I don’t think the audio problem is associated to the traffic load, which may be a good thing because it’s more likely to get fixed without people logging off.
As it is though, it’s nearly inaudible.
FloatingRock on June 26, 2008 at 4:15 PM
Fixed I hear it well now
William Amos on June 26, 2008 at 4:17 PM
Ah, that’s better.
FloatingRock on June 26, 2008 at 4:17 PM
The audio is still brutal.
On the plus side, I was able to donate now through the website.
Yeah! And audio is now fixed!
Canadian Infidel on June 26, 2008 at 4:17 PM
yippee, its fixed
conservativegrandma on June 26, 2008 at 4:17 PM
I don’t agree, politically, with anyone on this lineup, but I hope that a whole lot of money is raised. Good luck.
sandman on June 26, 2008 at 4:19 PM
Hey guys, they just talked about that abomination of P-BS documentary on World War II revisionist history.
I found the NY Post review here.
When I heard about it today on Rush’s show, it made me sick to my stomach.
newton on June 26, 2008 at 4:33 PM
It’s fantastic seeing Michelle, Melonie and Limbaugh all together on the screen like this, but my question is, in which hour is Allahpundit going to be on? Come on, AP, at least make a quick voice appearance….
FloatingRock on June 26, 2008 at 4:39 PM
Glad the audio seems to be fixed.
*raises a glass to making it to $500,000*
Hawkins1701 on June 26, 2008 at 4:39 PM
my audio just went… anyone else?
D2Boston on June 26, 2008 at 4:48 PM
I lost the whole thing for a short time but it’s back now…
I think Melanie’s microphone needs to be turned up a little bit.
FloatingRock on June 26, 2008 at 4:50 PM
Poor Michelle must’ve gotten some serious headphone feedback a few minutes ago.
Coronagold on June 26, 2008 at 5:04 PM
Aw, I tuned in too late to see myself…
major john on June 26, 2008 at 5:23 PM
Melanie’s sound mic is very low . Hannity ’s way loud.
Great forum. love it.
Thanks all
Texyank on June 26, 2008 at 5:34 PM
The Mixing of the audio levels needs work. But this is pretty cool. Hanity is way too loud while the hosts are barley audible.
Egfrow on June 26, 2008 at 5:35 PM
Yeah, the discrepancy is even worse than before.
FloatingRock on June 26, 2008 at 5:42 PM
I’m not trying to be critical but the volume is out of balance again. Probably every time a new guest begins it should be adjusted accordingly.
FloatingRock on June 26, 2008 at 6:28 PM
they made me change my name in chat? :(
trailortrash on June 26, 2008 at 7:40 PM
Count me in. Thanks to all involved for giving your time, energy, and donations to a great cause.
ReubenJCogburn on June 26, 2008 at 7:59 PM
The Campaign Store site is crawling, which is a good thing.
F15Mech on June 26, 2008 at 8:03 PM
Yes, indeed. I told my wife earlier I hope we blow the top off the 500 Gs. Looks like it will happen.
Another good story for the MSM to ignore.
davidk on June 26, 2008 at 8:07 PM
I just sent a package. It’s nothing compared to the sacrifice of a soldier, but, every little bit helps, I suppose.
JadeNYU on June 26, 2008 at 8:30 PM
My better half & I are going to contribute $169.99 to send the “‘The Super Squad Pack’- Comfort Items & Delicious Goodies for an entire Squadron of U.S. Troops” I already have it in my cart at the Move America Forward site but then I saw that HA & MM sites are trying to raise $15,000 from readers. I don’t know how to do it and have it count for HA. I’ll wait a little while to see if anyone here can advise me before I go back to my waiting cart at the MAF site. CAN ANYONE HELP??
NightmareOnKStreet on June 26, 2008 at 8:47 PM
THANKS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO STEP UP FOR OUR TROOPS!
G*D HAS BLESSED THE WORLD WITH AMERICA AND AMERICA IS BLESSED WITH OUR TROOPS - CHOW DOWN, WE ARE VERY, VERY PROUD OF YOU AND YOUR MORAL LEADERSHIP.
HotAirJosef on June 26, 2008 at 8:50 PM
Just as you would never belittle the service of our troops, don’t belittle your gift.
Your gift and the small gift of my wife and I will comfort a few of those brave men and woman in harm’s way.
There’s nothing like a letter from home–been there.
davidk on June 26, 2008 at 9:00 PM
$614,448 at the time of this comment!
RushBaby on June 26, 2008 at 9:10 PM
Michelle, get closer to the mic.
roninacreage on June 26, 2008 at 9:16 PM
I was able to contribute a care package to our troops. I’ve never felt prouder, and I had to rush to the restroom at work because I was crying tears of thankfulness. Seriously, I cannot control myself when it comes to our troops.
Thank all of you so much!
SouthernGent on June 26, 2008 at 9:18 PM
When you made your donation did you do it through HotAir somehow (so it “counts” toward their goal of raising $15K from readers)? I’m going to contribute and I just wanted to help meet Michele’s goal from us. BUT HOW?
HALP THIS R-TARD (ME) OUT PULEEZE
NightmareOnKStreet on June 26, 2008 at 9:28 PM

SouthernGent on June 26, 2008 at 9:45 PM
I sent a Super Squad Pack. I may be eating Ramen for a while, but it will be worth it.
mkm19602000 on June 26, 2008 at 9:45 PM
The sound is just not coming through. Fine I’m sure for all those with T3 connections and Alienware. But wow. Just goes to show how far we are still from realtime media on the internet. The cutting edge of 1996.
Coronagold on June 26, 2008 at 9:47 PM
Don’t cry, Michelle! Now I’m crying! OMG!
SouthernGent on June 26, 2008 at 9:50 PM
Thank you Michelle for letting us participate!!
beachkatie on June 26, 2008 at 10:00 PM
Just sent a 4 person pack for the 2nd time….No tears, just a little manly mist…My son was there on a Carrier in the Gulf as Sea Air rescue on a Helo, ferrying personnel and supplies to the deep interior….I have some great pics and he is back after two extended tours….God how I wish I could send a package to each and every 150,000 of those still there….They are the “Beautiful People” of this country…not Sean Penn or Susan and her silly hubby, or Hollywood’s lefty denizens….Thank you, Michelle, Melanie, and all the volunteers, for the timely nudge…I feel better now…
b4lucy on June 26, 2008 at 10:00 PM
About $715K as of 10:00PM, pretty impressive.
doubleplusundead on June 26, 2008 at 10:00 PM
I feel—privileged, to have witnessed Michelle’s emotional outpouring for our troops. She’s a terrific lady.
FloatingRock on June 26, 2008 at 10:06 PM
Amen to that!! I still can’t believe she went there to see our troops!!!!
beachkatie on June 26, 2008 at 10:09 PM
You know I have no sound, but just by video alone I can tell Michelle suffered that….woman to her right better than I would’ve. Michelle’s a true trooper. She’s always proving herself, audio or not.
Coronagold on June 26, 2008 at 10:16 PM
What a great event!
Michelle and Melanie did a great job.
Congratulations to all!

Thanks for this day. It was awesome.
GoodBoy on June 26, 2008 at 10:34 PM
Melanie and Michelle .. if you read this..
It’s been wonderful to have this on my computer all day as I worked on other things I could stream your audio.. well, the kinks will eventually get worked out.. :) .. but I have to tell you what an uplifting day it has been to listen and at times peek in to the live feed.
Thank you both for this opportunity to share this wonderful endeavor. I know my contribution is small in comparison but my heart is great for what you (both with others) have done today.
Texas Gal on June 26, 2008 at 10:42 PM
There have been some audio glitches, but this whole event has been extremely well presented and well-run. I’m so glad our side has such strong women.

Hell, so close to a million I chipped in one last time.
Guys, just remember one thing: We have it easy compared to the military. For one, we don’t have terrorists coming for us… they do!

Diane Layfield, and all participants, my prayers are with you.

WOOHOO! Absolutely incredible.
Thank you to all of the guests, the hosts, USTREAM, Andrew Breitbart (who featured it on his news site and chimed in), and, of course, our troops!
amerpundit on June 27, 2008 at 12:07 AM
That was simply amazing. America loves it’s troops…well…except the nonlibs and some of the dems, that is.
Awesome!
Danilo on June 27, 2008 at 12:09 AM
Agreed, Humpbot has already missed one appearance already today, let’s not make it two.
doubleplusundead on June 27, 2008 at 12:09 AM
I sent a personal care pack for two. Not much, but coupled with everyone else, it’s a biggie! LIPBALM! I can’t live without lipbalm, so when I saw that, I had to send it. I heard about it on Rush today, but I didn’t get a chance to do anything until I got back to the (home)office. I bet Rush does match it; likely, he didn’t contribute today, or say what he was going to contribute, until he saw the final tally. Although, had he said he would, maybe more people would have jumped in. Regardless, we should all feel good about doing what we can for our troops anytime, even if it’s not monetary.
Thanks for keeping this at the top!
LickyLicky on June 27, 2008 at 12:09 AM

I was so proud to be a part of this with my contribution. I found out about it on Ann Coulter’s website and got familiar with the whole concept — even marked my calendar to make sure I heard the kick-off live.
And thanks to HA and Michelle for carrying the webcast live — you brought us all closer to the action.

There’s my information if anyone is keeping track of HA contributors. I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE FROM THOSE OF YOU WHO HAD MADE CONTRIBUTIONS IN TWO SEPARATE POSTS HERE AT 8:47PM & 9:28PM. BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO ANSWER. WOW, WHAT’S HAPPENED HERE? I DON’T THINK THIS COULD’VE HAPPENED A YEAR OR TWO AGO WHEN WE ALL CONSIDERED THIS OUR HotAir FAMILY. EITHER IT’S TURNED INTO JUNIOR HIGH CLIQUE OR NO ONE READS ANYONE ELSE’S POSTS. EITHER WAY IT’S PRETTY PATHETIC. EVEN IF I WAS ASKING A STUPID QUESTION) SOMEONE COULD’VE ANSWERED ME. BUT YOU KEEP ON CONGRATULATING YOURSELVES WHILE IGNORING SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO THIS IMPORTANT CAUSE. WELL, I’LL BE SURPRISED IF ANYONE READS THIS & I SURELY DON’T EXPECT A RESPONSE. BUT JUST WANTED TO MAKE MY POINT. NOW BACK TO YOUR ECHO CHAMBER.
NightmareOnKStreet on June 27, 2008 at 12:49 AM
Sorry, I could have answered with an educated guess but wasn’t sure of the answer so kept quite. Probably if you followed a link from HotAir to make your donation the web site tracks the referring page, (HotAir), to assign credit. I didn’t make my contribution until near the very end though, and didn’t want to speak out of ignorance.
But even if you didn’t follow the HotAir link, the important thing is that the troops will receive your contribution.
