I didn’t make my contribution until near the very end though, and didn’t want to speak out of ignorance.

…And by then an hour or so had passed and it slipped my mind.

Also, probably a lot of other people here were wondering the same thing you were or were watching the broadcast.

I had to call mine in. I didn’t think to mention Hot Air. Sorry Michelle.

It was a pretty inspiring effort. So many great people in America, and look at the shape we’re in. A bunch of people need to be hung.

It’s easier to destroy something than to create it. The concerted efforts of a dozen constructive people can be destroyed in an instant by one ingrate.

And if the media covers for the ingrate, instead casting blame on the dozen if they mention it at all, the masses will go about their lives never the wiser.

Oops, didn’t mean to quote myself… editing error.

This is a really great way that individual Americans can help cheer up and lift the spirits of guys posted far from home. Getting a package and knowing that people back home are thinking of you makes such a big difference during tours like this. I’ll pass on the parade of moron partisan speakers, however. There are also some really fine groups helping out soldiers once they are home stateside.

Do you know what’s disgusting. All the support shown and money donated for this cause, and the only donation being talked about today is the $4,600 donated by the Messiah to Hillary.

We should put them in Iraq, give them guns and tell the to risk their lives to bring freedom from tyranny to a country full of strangers. We’d never have to hear about those two again.

Way to go ladies. A hat tip for a job well done.

Just shows there is more support for the troops out there than the left can deal with.

I had such a blast yesterday & last night… I didn’t think I would be able to sit there for the full 8 hours, but with all the love and unity I felt, I was hooked. I met a bunch of great folks, too, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. You guys are the greatest! Let’s do it again.

And BRAVA to the ladies. I think we all cried together.

MsUnderestimated on June 27, 2008 at 11:03 AM

Good job ladies!

Got mine in…a little late but they were still taking orders for the LCPSTOTIH.
