Olbermann always makes me think of whine…er, wine. He’s pretty cheesey as well…I suppose I could post about that.

There’s a cheese called Halloumi from Cyprus, irrc. It doesn’t actually melt, but rather cooks. You can actually BB-Q it or fry it in a pan.
