My understanding is that most of Obama’s money comes from donations that fall below the minimum reporting amount of $250. From whom is all this money coming? How do we know there isn’t fraud? (i.e. the same guy donating 20 times using a credit card and putting in a different fake name each time).

You’ve got to give it to the Big O, though; he’s great at using the web.
