umm…This is simply ridiculous. I’m thinking I would sue the school..and the psychic..and whoever else I could.

Dont they have to provide an education by law? If not at this school, then with a homebound teacher.

Im not sure about Canadian law, but I sure would be finding out.

Well, this event does come from Canada, eh. The only things of value that country has given the rest of the world are Ice Hockey and Curling. They tried to pawn Pierre Trudeau on us back in the 60s and early 70s, but he was too conservative for the Great White North.

Do what I did: let it die the rest of the way, bury it and walk away. That way, no depth of stupidity or depravity will surprise you (shock, yes, surprise, no) and the occasional goodness you see will be all the sweeter. Works for me, anyway.

Holy crow, apollyonbob! I had that exact experience with Verizon. The lady actually said to me, “You say ‘tomato’, …” and had the nerve to pity me because, “math is difficult for some people.” Even the manager took some convincing.
