Cooler or less cool than blogging? I’d say, WoW: Cooler. WoWoW: …still probably cooler, alas.

Cooler than this, though, certainly.

Pay attention to the graphics at the bottom.

“New study finds flightless birds lazy….”

That pretty much sums it up………….

Totally awesome! They finally made a game out of the book about people who play the game…oh, forget it!

stonemeister on June 9, 2008 at 9:28 PM

Hmmm. I can’t get it to play…

malan89 on June 9, 2008 at 9:28 PM

Hey, that guy at 1:18 is part of the Derrick Comedy troupe. I don’t think this report is legitimate…

Vizzini on June 9, 2008 at 9:29 PM

In a sense, people already do this. Some programmers have made “bots” to play WoW for you, so your bots can do the boring stuff (leveling up) leaving you free to play the interesting parts.

daryl_herbert on June 9, 2008 at 9:29 PM

I donated 10,000 lbs of crystal meth and all I got was a lousy yes I can button :(

lorien1973 on June 9, 2008 at 9:31 PM

Didn’t they just describe the virtual abyss that is secondlife?

You’re killing the buzz, man.

TexasDan on June 9, 2008 at 9:34 PM

Characters can be directed to drink soda? Unless that soda comes mixed with a healthy dose of rum, doesn’t sound much like my guild…

Blacklake on June 9, 2008 at 9:36 PM

That riff on keyboard sounds in the game sounding familar was very funny.

Spirit of 1776 on June 9, 2008 at 9:48 PM

I finally got it to work! Yay!

World of World of World of Warcraft.

LOL!

malan89 on June 9, 2008 at 9:49 PM

Troy Rasmussen on June 9, 2008 at 10:00 PM

Actually WOWOW could be interesting if you were controlling these players.

Allahpundit is just pissed because he got eaten by a grue.

Tinian on June 9, 2008 at 10:29 PM

I have to get a copy…maybe my avatar will be better at doing pvp with my Rogue than I am.

Asher on June 9, 2008 at 10:55 PM

I want World of World of Wifecraft

Then maybe PvP at home won’t be so tough

tommy35 on June 9, 2008 at 11:21 PM

I don’t know how you youngsters do this video game stuff. I’m still trying to master Pong.

Limerick on June 9, 2008 at 11:30 PM

Can you play this in Second Second Life, too?

What…the WoW player in the WoWoW screen isn’t dual-boxing? And what is that, a sandwich instead of a Hot Pocket? Weak.

I’d rather play the Urban Dead zombie game.

James on June 10, 2008 at 7:52 AM

Wait… am I a video game?

reaganaut on June 10, 2008 at 8:18 AM

So you get to play a “gamer” playing warcraft!

Cool……If you consider being a brain dead geek cool than go for it! As for me I have a life and playing a dumb ass game like that is NOT part of it!

Confederate on June 10, 2008 at 8:37 AM

That was funny. What’s really sad is that there are probably some out there that actually think this is a real story and not a joke.

If only it was real, I could set a macro for the guy to level my mage up some for me while I sleep!

When it ports to the Wii, you have to buy a $69.00 Wii numerical keypad to play.

Ooh, and then they’ll come out with the new Wii-Calc game, that lets you use your Mii to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers. It even has a feature that finds the square root of a number!

You can incorporate Wii-Calc into your daily life! Prepare tax returns! Hey kids, you can use a video game to help you with your math homework! You can even balance your checkbook while standing on the Wii-Fit board!
