Thanks. All is well. Our soldier came back for his mid-tour in March and was married. Her dad is SF and likes him very much. He’s lucky. I wouldn’t want a SF dude pissed at me while dating his daughter. :-) His unit had a pretty rough stretch through April/May, but everyone came through A-Okay. He comes home in December just in time for Christmas.

Our sailor calls us quite often to tell us how great the weather is in Hawaii. :-0 He goes back to the Gulf in January. What he really wants to do is take some revenge out on some pirates that operate off the coast of Somalia. They just missed the incident last year by a month.

Barack’s first “job” out of college was as a “Community Organizer” in Chicago.

Saul David Alinsky (January 30, 1909, Chicago, Illinois – June 12, 1972, Carmel, California) is generally considered the father of community organizing.

Obama’s association with Rezko coincides with Rezko’s corruption.

And Hillary knows that. She even brought up Rezko’s name in one of her debates with Obama.

Hillary’s Wellesley thesis (which she later tried to hide), was titled:

Hillary’s plan was to play both the gender card and the race card against the John McCain and the Republicans…First Woman President & First Black Vice-President.
Hillary never realized Barack was her Judas until Iowa.

The Democratic Socialists are anti-war. Rabidly so. That’s why Lieberman lost the Democrat primary to an anti-war Democrat. And part of the reason why Hillary appears to have lost the Democrat primary to an anti-war Democrat.

Hillary is not really pro-war. She is, after all, every bit as much of a Democratic Socialist as Obama is. But Hillary was in office when 9/11 happened. She was forced to support the President and the war. Barack, who didn’t take office until January 2005, had the luxury of saying he had always been anti-war.

Also note that, during the time that BHO was in Chicago he never pushed for reform. His opposition to corruption is purely theoretical, apparently.

It’s a Sisyphean task, and he probably didn’t want to get, you know, murdered. But to think he wasn’t involved in corruption is naive in the extreme.

Step 1) Govt financing of electoral campaigns. Personal donations will be illegal.

Step 2) Govt selecting which candidates will be permitted to receive govt funds. Personal donations will still be illegal, even if the candidate is not receiving govt funds.

Barack Obama cannot be happy with this news:

After deliberating over 12 days, the jury of 10 women and two men convicted Rezko on 16 of 24 counts that accused him of corrupting two state boards and using his influence in Blagojevich’s inner circl….

This isn’t the Tony Rezko I knew

This isn’t the Ayers I know.

This isn’t the Wright I knew.

This isn’t the Ffleger I knew.

So, Barack, does this mean you are a lousy judge of character? Running on superior judgment? More like running on empty.

I hope this nation will take a cold shower when it comes to the Obama and history-making love. The man associates himself with vile people who very clearly hold no love for this country. Hell, he married one! How can we, the American people, elect such a man as president?

If anyone could send me into the political arms of John McCain – something I never thought would happen – it’s Barack Obama and the thought of the damage he’d do to this nation with a Dem controlled House and Senate.

It appears that Obama’s sole criterion for picking friends is how much they can do for him and his career. Worked for a while. Ironically, those same friends have put his career in reverse and are pulling him down. Easy come. Easy go.

Unfortunately, Obambi manages to survive one appalling revelation after another. He has no problem rhetorically discarding the Marxist, Black LIberation, corrupt-pol stepping stones, now that he has almost achieved the Democratic Party nomination. In the eyes of his adoring fans in the media, he can do no wrong; he is unstained, even as he emerges from the pigpen.

Obambi will clearly do and say whatever it takes to realize his ambition. First he spends twenty years hanging out with anti-Semites and Islamists, then he turns around and tells the Jews he is Israel’s best friend. You can be sure that if John McCain attempts to nail him on his plan to dismantle the military and our nuclear arsenal, Obambi will suddenly become a defense hawk. The guy is slippery as an eel, a platitudinous vessel with no substance at all—unless the substance is well hidden, in the coffers and mind of George Soros.

If so, we may find out too late.

How many sleazeballs (Wright, Ayers, Pfleger, Rezko, etc.) need to be exposed in Obama’s circle of friends to convince voters that Obama does NOT have the “judgment to lead”?

My suggestion: do a video montage of all of these good people gone bad in Obama’s life and note with rising indignation, that they all changed under the dark clouds of the Bush administration. (Key music) but this is not the sort of change that He represents. This is not His vision for America.
