Man, every time I get pissed at McCain and think about voting for Obama to teach the RINO Republicans a lesson, Kos and the Progs up and do something like this and I have to step back and ask myself … can I really do that?

Looking at the ads on the site now, none are likely to pull their content, but if this were to move from blog tempest in a teapot to a blogstorm, then dKos’ DNC convention blogger credentials could be targeted.

And while we’re at it, what’s up with Obama’s ears? Surely there’s a plastic surgeon out there who could pin those puppies back for him. Or, is he planning on being the first black Dumbo, too?

My friend…

Surely we can reach beyond the differences that separate us. ALL of our ears need stronger alliances, coalitions, and partnerships worldwide to win this multidimensional facial and ear struggle.

We need to pay careful attention to our ears’ image and the credibility of our faces. And in this broad effort, the final result will play a pivotal role. Of this, I am most certain.

But that would be petty.

In truth, teeth whitening is bad for your teeth. Most people can not afford to have it done. Pretty Boy Obama does, I am sure, but to a busy man like McCain who has been beaten up as badly as he has been…I am sure it seems rather silly.

People wonder why the left has a bigger internet audience than the right, this is why. People on the left tend to not have friends, or jobs or much of anything to do but sit around and yammer about some guy’s teeth. People like that need somewhere to go and Daily Kos offers them an outlet. Otherwise they would be robbing liquor stores.

You know, I fail to see how this heals the oceans, helps Michelle Obama’s kids, or has anything to do with why people should vote for or against John McCain. Then again, I’m not the blogosphere’s cheerleader-in-chief for a candidate with no executive experience, no foreign-policy experience, no military experience, and a grand total of three years in national office with no legislative track record. If I was, I’d be tempted to find distractions like the tooth color of a man whose mouth and the rest of his body got tortured and beaten for five and a half years in service to this country.
