Obama went through the training program.

Rezko was a primary source of the money.

I have seen suggestions in some other blog posts that Rezko had some connections to Saddam Hussein and one of his co-investors was a big player in the Oil-for-Food scam. Could that be why Barack was so adamant about the U.S. not invading Iraq? Talk about questioning his judgment – if those dots can be connected, the entire premise for his candidacy is blown.

As I recall, Ed back in Captain’s Quarters wrote about Rezko’s connections to some Lebanese (?) arms dealer who was involved in the Oil for Food scam, and was jailed by the French—or something; I may be mixing up facts.

Ed, can you clarify?
