You really can’t blame Rather for trying here, based on what other liberal media people have been able to get Scott McClellan to say over the past two weeks. If you know the hooker your friends have used is willing to do just about anything for the right price, why shouldn’t you give it a shot by proposing your own perverted ideas and see if you can get the same deal?

Two desperately sad people.

I find it amazing that Rather is obsessed with finding White House involvement in the unraveling of his fantasy when Mary Mapes promised Burkett contact with the Kerry campaign if he spilled. It there a word for uber-hutzpah?

Boy, am I peeved. I spew all this conservative propaganda for free on my blog when I coulda been getting paid for it! Calling the White House: It’s not too late to send me that check. Or twenties. The only book that I wouldn’t buy or read is Karl Rove’s. Because Rove will not tell you the whole truth.

The only books that I’ll read are Dick Cheney’s and Bush’s.

Cheney’s, because I’d like to know how’s life between four walls in the bunker underneath the White House and how to shoot your friend with a shotgun without killing him.

And I’ll buy Bush’s book because I like drawings and coloring.
