If it signifies a shift in the willingness of the media to be critical of him, it is important. But I have my doubts about that.

This is only the first of what is likely to be countless opportunities to hammer the puckered-up left when they’re too stupid to keep their stories straight. McCain should not be allowed to miss an opportunity to keep all these boneheaded flip-flops in the mix for the entire campaign. A couple sound bites every 1-2 days will keep it fresh. Then bury Obama (and company) with it all in the end.

We’re reaching a critical stage that if we don’t get pissed enough or scared enough thinking of Obama, Clinton, and the other Clinton sitting around the White House with a liberally controlled congress and senate, our lives are over.

What we need is for all liberals to go away. Go tax themselves and play green all they want. The rest of us conservatives will just hang out here, drill for our own oil, and live happily ever after as the true super power nation who can flip off the rest of the world because we don’t need them anymore. Then watch them come crawling to us instead of complaining.

Too cynical? I paid $4.20/gallon for gas this morning, and the only reason that’s happening is because the liberal ass clenchers in Washington will always block our ability to harvest our own oil of which we have enough to last us several hundred years. Oh yeah, and consider the fact that we’re being gouged for gas when we’re the country providing the refining oil for others.

It is good to see abc questioning him. Also see the bottom 10 vp list for obama from ace. I, however, am still skeptical. I can’t get over the feeling these stories are essentially innoculations against a later charge of media bias. In the grand scheme, even this ‘mention’ doesn’t mean squat. As has happened in the past when these ‘blips’ show up on the MSM radar… it gets mentioned once or twice and then fades to oblivion.

That is so when it comes up from a conservative source in the future, they have the fall-back position of saying “We reported on it” so as to not look biased.

They will not ask him directly about the flip-flop. Liberals will not care.
Independents will forget about it.

If it were McCain – it’d be headline material and lead-off stories on MSNBC, CNN, CBS, ABC & NBC.

Move along – nothing to see here, folks.

In his speech before AIPAC he also stated that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard would be designated a terrorist organization, something he voted against last fall.
