Franken was building a lot of momentum. If that had continued, he would have enough money to buy enough PR to make this look like a common business practice. By slowing the money flow, it gives Norman the chance to campaign on issues.

Why do these groups even bother making these hilariously over-produced, poorly edited videos that nobody will ever see? They aren’t running a 75 second ad on TV are they? This doesn’t have the production quality to keep the average person watching for 75 seconds.
