Olbermann must be the greatest back-pedaller and spinner of all time. First, he methodically works his way out of the corner he painted himself into with his previous idiotic comments and even says with faint flattering he understood how “normal, reasonable Americans” misunderstood his remarks. Then he closes with another idiotic comment, asking why two “normal, reasonable Americans” (Levin and Ingraham), who has the same ears as all other “normal, reasonable Americans” out there, twisted his words and then he asks them “why do you hate our troops?”.

These two people have devoted more time, effort and resources to the troops in a week than Olbermann has done in an his entire lifetime. How many times has Olbermann flown over to Iraq or Afghanistan to spend time with the troops on the ground or done any benefits shows or USO events? But he would have people believe the guy who is constantly attacking our troops and gushes over anything negative about the military on his show really loves the troops and the people who donate their time and efforts are the ones who hate troops?

Aside from lying about the troops, Laura Ingraham and Mark Levin, apparently Keith is also facing questions on whether or not he lied about the new Yankee Stadium. (The two things really wouldn't seem to have anything in common, but unless someone at the Stadium construction site Olby toured this week passed him this story, it's another example of how Keith feels free to lie at will without any fear of being called out on his claims.)
