It appears that you think by simply denouncing what I have posted will somehow nullify the truth of what I wrote.

I was providing evidence that your comments were directly contradictory, not to mention facially ridiculous. You said I needed to support my inflammatory comments, by which I inferred you meant my pointing out that what you said was itself inflammatory and not to be taken seriously.

Some things are so absurd reasonable people don’t have to take time to dissect them. To wit, your apparent contention that there are no moderate Muslims, your stated view that Islam is incompatible with a free society, and your conflation of Islam with sedition. The sweeping nature of these statements alone should give a person of even normal intelligence serious pause as to their validity.

There are moderate Muslims in America and elsewhere, living lives completely compatible with our free society. They are not committing sedition in daily following the tenets of their faith. The existence of even one such person invalidates your overbroad formulation.

Step back for a moment and look at the logical construction of what you’re laboring here to support.

I don’t think that is necessary. All we need to do is start enforcing the laws on the books and stop giving special preferences to a dangerous ideology. Sedition is a crime and it should be prosecuted.

Exactly, there is no reason to suspend the constitution to ban Islam/Muslims from America considering Islam is more than just a religion; Islam is also political because it is non-secular.

Therefore I agree with Mormon Doc that there is no reason to suspend the constitution as we have laws that make it illegal (treason) to support and foment a political ideology (regardless if the political ideology is religion based) that is a threat to the security, constitution, or sovereignty of our nation…therefore as Indy Conservative so eloquently stated:

The Muslim bastards who are in our country, who call themselves “Americans” must be stripped from their citizenship, should be kicked out, all of them and Islam must be outlawed.

While I agree our constitution does provide for the protection for religious freedoms I completely disagree that these freedoms afforded under our constitution applies to non-secular religions, e.g., religions that are also political as much as they are a religion.

I seriously doubt our forefathers would make the mistake of viewing Islam as strictly a religion (nor should we). Not only that but I doubt our forefathers would even be having this argument nor would they be fearful of not abiding by our constitution by getting rid of Islam as it is obvious Islam is just as much a political ideology as it is a religious ideology.

In fact I’d say our forefathers would be busily kicking their azz’s out of our country as soon as it became obvious how insidious and dangerous their Islamic religious/political ideology was to the union.

It appears that you think by simply denouncing what I have posted will somehow nullify the truth of what I wrote. I welcome your feedback and presume you have good insight that is contrary to what I have written but you don’t seem to be including it in your posts to me.

If you have a counterpoint to one of my posts that is evidence based or philosophically opposed then please post it. If you simply don’t like what I have written based on your feelings then that is a different matter and may I suggest that a political blog is probably not the best place to try to persuade people with feelings.

I wrote that Islam is fundamentally incompatible with a free society. You rejected the notion but utterly failed to explain your position. I have attempted to be precise by providing examples based on Koranic teachings and referencing current events to support my position. Perhaps you could do likewise.

Responding to my posts as if your outrage counts for something more than pure emotion is counterproductive. I am more than happy to engage in a debate but we should try to keep our emotions out of it.

To answer your question about outlawing Islam I can only say that sedition is already illegal. Just because it hides itself under the guise of a religion makes it no less dangerous and no less illegal.

We also have footbaths in some of our community colleges and special muslim prayer rooms in the Twin City high schools.

At Minneapolis Community and Technical College, there is a separate prayer room for Muslims. But none, curiously enough, for Christians, Jews, Buddhists or Wiccans. The attitude the Muslim males display to women of any race is deplorable, but don’t expect the administration there to address it, since they’re too busy trying to shove ‘diversity’ down the throats of the student population. This is the same school that tried to prevent a chapter of College Republicans from forming, but welcomes every.single.liberal/Socialist/Communist group you can think of.

And they wonder why they won’t get a dime from me as an alumna.

There is no such thing as a moderate muslim. There are devout muslims and there are westernized muslims which are almost nearly all infected by post modernism. Ingraham had a “moderate” muslim on her show today who equated George Bush with the 911 hijsckers. Actually there are three types, western, devout and radical. The devout are subservient and obedient to islam and the mullahs. The radical are activist and leading the in destroying us infidels and taking over the world. The conservative estimate for radicals is 10% of all muslims. Of 1.2 billion. Thats 120 million who want to cut off your head.

What is going on in the world now is nothing new, it is the history of islams relationship with the rest of the world.

At some point islam will bee banned from the US but at this point it will be after we all lose most of our freedom and this country is no longer recognizable.

I think it is important that if you are going to make such inflammatory remarks that you at least have a basis for the comments.

Katherine Kersten first brought the story to our attention, for which local journalists have begun petitioning the Star Tribune to fire her.

Is it worth investigating whether some significant number of journalists (or some number of significant journalists) are supported partly by Saudi Arabian or other muslim sources? I wonder if any journalists are willing to say that they’ve received overtures that they’ve turned down.

Also there should be no federal funding for schools, period. That is federalism.

Not just here, but it would be positive to see religion eliminated as much as possible from society, otherwise intelligent people are possessed by these demonic superstitions and made irrational. Mailing in your introspection of “morality” and outsourcing it to these outdated fable books full of witchery is just plain ridiculous. Our drift towards nihilism is confirming this need, otherwise there are events that will probably create another dark ages.
