I completely agree, but unfortunately we had a pacifist for president back then, Mr. Jimmah. Even more unfortunate is now we are facing the possiblity of having President Jimmah part due (Bambi) at a crutial time in our history when the last thing we need is a bleeding heart liberal, socialist pacifist for president!

It will be a long hot summer indeed and if Bambi is our next president it will be a long and dangerous four years!

Boxer tried to attach an amnesty bill to this bill to get low-paying migrant farm workers in the California orchards and fields. This bill needs to be stripped of the amnesty part or stopped altogether.

He knows full well what Obama wants to talk to Iran about; it’s the same thing Condi Rice wanted to talk to them about earlier this year. A “grand bargain,” i.e. lifting U.S. sanctions and restoring diplomatic ties if only they’ll agree to give up their nuclear trump card and figure out some other way to influence Iraq that doesn’t involve supplying weapons to Shiite militias. — Allahpundit

Sorry Allah, it can’t be that because we have already offered that deal and obviously it was rejected. So what else does Obama want to talk to Iran about? And why do all of Obama’s speeches imply that we don’t talk to our enemies or we have not talked to Iran, that’s just a big lie that Democrats like to repeat. But we always try diplomacy first and we talk sternly before we take action.

We talked to the Taliban after 9/11 told them to come clean and give us Osama, I can still remember the Taliban’s reply’s they were scoffing and laughing. So we bombed the crap out of them, its hard to find a scoffing and laughing Taliban these days.

We talked to Saddam Hussein after 9/11, told him to comply with all UN sanctions, even told him to leave Iraq if he wanted, he ignored us. His country was taken over and he got hung.

Now we are talking all the time to Iran and the little man over there is having none of it. He continues to build a nuclear capability that he says he will use to destroy Israel. So once again, what does Obama want to sit down and talk about with this insane person, it’s a legitimate question.

McCain does need to be out there, campaigning, presenting himself, and prompting Obama to open mouth and insert foot. The sounds of chewed toes can always be played back to an interested electorate in the fall.

Amazng how campaigning will do that for some candidates.

As with the Syrian nuclear reactor, Israel will strike when it decides it must. That means war, sooner or later. Even under Olmert, Israel acted, and with the apparent agreement of much of the rest of the world. Netanyahu is soon to take over in Israel again. Bush is soon to leave. The Saudis just warned Iran not to meddle in Lebanon. My guess is the same as yours. I haven’t sold my oil stocks yet.
