That’s pretty good, though it would be good to see the whole film with Hillary degenerating into madness in the halls of a rundown presidential library in A Place Called Hope, with Slick Willy floating face down in the reflecting pool.

Still, this opens up a world of parody alternatives. How about a music video of Hillary belting out “Never Can Say Goodbye” in an empty disco trying to shut down at 2 AM, but Hill wants to keep the party going another hour?

Glenn Close played the Norma Desmond role in the stage musical version of "Sunset Boulevard." Hillary Clinton is playing the Glenn Close "Fatal Attraction" role in the 2008 Democratic nominating process. You just can't hold her under water long enough. Cue Anne Archer.

Reading that over, I see I didn’t state that very clearly – Norma Desmond doesn’t actually think she’s Salome, she thinks she’s starring in a movie about Salome, when really all those people are there at her house for a different reason. I can’t say more without spoiling it all – hie thee to Blockbuster at once!

One of the best elective classes I took was “Film as art”. This reminded me of many great moments to fulfull the class requirements. I love the old movies, and actors. For the movies I was born too early.

The final nail is not going into Hillary’s coffin, yet, though.
