Y’all doubt The Fred? MR. AUTHENTICITY?

Not at all, but I do doubt a virgin manic-depressive atheist blogger who hates Fred only because he is from the South.

I’ll trust Fred’s and Santorum’s judgment about McCain on this issue.

I do have one hesitating consideration though. I don’t recall McCain at any time in his legislative career citing adherence to the Constitution as his guiding principle. Can anyone ease my mind on this issue?

Man, you folks can’t see past your nose, can you? Ever try playing chess three moves ahead? McCain-Feingold is effectively destroying the Democrat party by moving its money to radical 527 groups that have hijacked the party and pulled it to the far left. Don’t you GET that?!

All sane conservatives are so mad at McCain that they would gladly surrender their RKBA just to make a point. (I’ll give up all of my firearms up ’cause I hate McCain so bad)

And be glad to lose the global war against terrorism, too!

If Fred says we can trust McCain on judges, that’s good enough for me. He knows McCain. He ushered Roberts through the confirmation. And he’s the most honest politician I’ve ever seen.

Yes, it was good to hear Fred Thompson speak. But why can’t we get anyone to discuss McCain’s objectives beyond better judicial nominations than what the DNC communists will force upon us. We understand that already. But given McCain’s absolute unwillingness to call an illegal alien in the wrong for trespassing and filling our prison systems and creating havoc upon our tax burden usurping CITIZEN RIGHTS, exactly where does McCain stand on domestic terrorism committed by NON-CITIZENS inside America? We know he supports our troops. But what about our BORDERS and our police, and our ability as individuals and as militias to defend ourselves in our own homes and communities? McCain, along with Bush, called the MinuteMen vigilantes for WATCHING the border and REPORTING to the proper authorities.

This is the time to pin McCain to the conservative platform, while the Democrats fight amongst themselves. Sure, go and vote for Hillary when it’s legal to get even with the Democrats planting McCain on the GOP ticket. Still, going and voting takes one hour of one day. Getting the public pressure on McCain to disavow his alignment with liberals as a RINO requires commitment from spokespersons like Rush Limbaugh. Why claim to be conservative if it is a bad fit, stuck in McCain’s pocket, while McCain is stuck in the Progressive pocket? Get McCain’s support, or deny McCain his comfort zone.

Rush Limbaugh was wrong when he told a caller today that Superdelegates have always been around, as they’re a rather new invention that the DNC uppercrusts pushed onto “the little people” to keep everyone in line with “what’s best” for them all. Gag. As far as Rush and his OpChaos go, Rush is doing absolutely NOTHING to get McCain in line with conservative concerns, all air time being spent puffing on his own ego. HotAir and all the “hot shots” have yet to flex muscle to get a blogosphere referendum for a conservative platform affidavit from McCain.

The stalking horse who was working for McCain is saying nice things about McCain? Wholda thunk it?

Fred was McCain’s campaign chair in 2000 and then ran against him in 2008. What would cause someone to do something like that? Hmmmm…I wonder…

I’d be more inclined to believe Ted Olson.

Though Ted Olson was last seen chairing the judicial committee for the guy who spent all his time campaigning in Florida.

He admitted that it was a mistake. Yes Fred! is a true conservative…just like Reagan…and he made a mistake…just like Reagan. Conservatives are not perfect, they are, however driven by a set of principals that provide the voter with at least a sense of what the person is going to do. McLame is the furthest thing from that.
