An 18-year-old illegal immigrant has been arrested in connection with the rape of an 11-year-old girl, Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies said.

Enrique Jacobo-Valdez was booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Jacobo-Valdez, who is known to the young girl’s family, is currently unemployed and had a warrant out for his arrest from Pinal County for possession of dangerous drugs, deputies said.

The sheriff’s office said it dispatched deputies after receiving a phone call Thursday from the victim’s grandmother indicating that she found the 11-year-old locked inside a bedroom.

The man was running from the home when the girl finally opened the door, sheriff’s investigators said.

The grandmother and mother of the victim took the girl to a local hospital where it was determined that she is at least six weeks pregnant and may have been impregnated by the rape, deputies said.

Jacobo-Valdez returned to the girls’ home where he was arrested by deputies for the Pinal County felony warrant, according to MCSO.

During an interrogation, he admitted raping the 11-year-old, sheriff’s deputies said.

I’d like to know when this program started, who participates in it, what the total cost is including gas/maintenance/parking, etc., and why the Senate doesn’t have the same program.

Given a domestic machine that sites on your counter can cost a couple of hunrded bucks, a cost per unit of $500 – $700 does includes the engineering required to intergrate and procduce (in very limited numbers) a coffee machine that will function in lets say a B2.

Heh, you may be right! After all now that everyone knows about ‘area 51′ they had to move the whole operation to a new location, after all they can’t have us children finding out about all the reverse engineering they do and the alien bodies they have now can they!

Granted they do need some specialized equipment for certain applications, e.g., spark-proof tools for use in explosive areas, etc. and they are more expensive then your ordinary hammer, I’ll give you that. However, wasn’t there also a big uproar several years ago about $500-$700 coffee makers?

What made those coffee makers worth $500-$700? Did the coffee makers have artificial intelligence where all you had to do was bark out what kind of coffee you wanted and it would make it perfectly everytime and then thank you?

I think the point is way more than their sense of entitlement, it’s that they don’t have to suffer from the very mandates they burden the rest of us with. The story says:

You may not realize it, but members of the House of Representatives can lease a car and have it paid for by you — the taxpayer. And it’s not just the car, but gas, registration, insurance … the works.

They don’t even pay for their own gas? No wonder they can pander to the enviros and keep us from drilling in ANWR, or campaign to hit corporations with “windfall profit taxes, or campaign to impose a carbon tax on us – they aren’t burdened with the cost of gas or gas taxes, and then they have the unmitigated gall to say we don’t pay our fair share of income/payroll/cap gains taxes.

Granted the Senate is exempt from this particular perk, but it takes both houses of congress to make our lives miserable.

Contrary to ID4, there are some hammers that do legitimately cost $300.

They are crafted with specialized materials that in various cases can’t cause sparks, are non-magnetic, can’t be chipped, have special coatings or handles, or are extraordinarily large (yesterday, I saw an adjustable wrench in a retail construction equipment store that was sale priced at $150…yeah, it was a big ol’ pipe wrench, but that would just show up on a listing as ‘wrench, 1 ea.’).

I had to sell my solid gold toilet and solid gold coffee maker in order to pay my taxes so our wasteful government representatives could drive fancy cars…

I wonder what the IRS would do if I paid my taxes with hammers (paint them gold) since not long ago some government agencies were paying $300 for a hammer! At that price you’d think they would be made of gold!

but after untold billions spent on pork, how can you get angry about this tiny drop in an ocean-sized bucket?
