I just stumbled on the debate going on over at Hot Air. This is silly. Conservatives get angry over illegal immigration because we don’t want illegals siphoning away our tax dollars……

How is McCain’s position any different from Hillary’s?

If anything, I’d say she came out strong against illegal immigration than McCain does.

I can’t say I like her position here, but I don’t see the problem. The alternative isn’t any better on this issue.

She was totally confused about what a sanctuary city is…totally in the dark. The perfect example of an elitist who has no idea what is happening on the streets.

no, she isn’t. she knows exactly what she is doing and knows exactly what is going on. she simply has a different point of view about things than we do (and she’s a fantastic liar). what i’m surprised at is, how many of you, and even Bill, missed the big picture (or chose not to expose it at that moment, and i wouldn’t be surprised if that is what happened) she is against cracking down on sanctuary cities because they are VOTERS! she needs those or she is “toast” as someone just said. so she tosses out this line of bullshit about helping the police in hopes to acquire some conservative voters (good luck). come on….its quite clear.

No wonder Obambi won’t debate her, right or wrong she clearly knows her stuff.

Newsflash to Hillary: Almost no large cities check for or report the illegal status of arrestees. Even more distressing, even where prisons might do checks before they release a convict, ICE doesn’t pick them up.

The politicians live in plush, gated communities while the rest of us taxpayers have to deal with the crime, declining home values, and crowded schools that accompany illegal immigration.

Illegal aliens generally do NOT want U.S. citizenship. Americans are very vain thinking that everybody in the world wants to be a U.S.citizen. Mexicans want to remain citizens of their home country while obtaining the benefits offered by the United States such as employment, medical care, in-state tuition, government subsidized housing and free education for their offspring. Their main attraction is employment and their loyalty usually remains at home. They want benefits earned and subsidized by middle class Americans. What illegal aliens want are benefits of American residence without paying the price.

Mexico is NOT a friend of the United States. Since 1848 Mexicans have resented the United States. During World War I, Mexico allowed German spies to operate freely in Mexico to spy on the U.S.. During World War II, Mexico allowed the Axis powers to spy on the U.S. from Mexico. During the Cold War Mexico allowed spies hostile to the U.S. to operate freely. The attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 was cheered and applauded all across Mexico. Today, Mexican school children are taught that the U.S. stole California, Arizona, new Mexico and Texas. If you don’t believe it, check out some Mexican textbooks written for their schoolchildren.
