Credit due to you know who-Franken was funny at times on SNL, but has been often unfunny since.
He’s actually attempting to ride on a dead man’s coattails-he wants to be the ‘second coming’ of Paul Wellstone.
I believe that, had he not died shortly before the election, Wellstone would have beat Coleman handily. But it is what it is. Coleman won, and Franken is a loser in life, who will guarantee that Coleman wins re-election.

I haven’t been keeping up with the story 24/7, but my understanding is that Franken stopped doing business through that corporation before it was decertified. Last I heard he was lazy in dissolving the corporation, but that was the extent of the dumbness…?

On problem John….Al was doing business in California during that time! This was more than laziness….

Al Franken’s corporation got decertified by California for failing to pay its taxes. Since Al Franken served as the COO and apparently the CEO of the corporation, he had the responsibility for keeping up with the taxes and filing requirements in California.

No, I have not forgotten to pay my property taxes, and, no, I wouldn’t forget to pay my workers’ comp if I had a business which had workers.

If Franken has that attitude toward his taxes, has anyone checked for warrants?

It continues to get better! Micheal has documentation that shows that Franken made income in the state of California during the time he said that he was not doing business in California!
