Need to Correct you AP. Not an Naval Academy grad. Attended 2 years and change then medically discharged. So 2 years in service but not a graduate. (According to his bio) Unfortunately, he did graduate from my alma mater. Not to be nit-picky, but didn't want Annapolis to be besmirched for no reason.

What’s the problem with Hitler? All that stuff he did was well before I was born; so “bygones”, right?

I think that was Obama’s response to Ayres’ terrorism. Why doesn’t the same defense work with Nazis?

You know, if it happened before you were an adult, it doesn’t count and you can’t judge anyone based on it.

I read somewhere something like ‘those who don’t know history are doomed to repeat it’ or some such; but that was written before I was born too, so it doesn’t apply to me either.
