…and then six months later I’ll say I was misled.

We won’t need KBR-Halliburton as if we also shoot congress we can use the oil in Canada and off our shores. That doesn’t mean that we still can’t nuke them just for good measure.

Hillary if full of BS and her word means nothing because if anything ever did happen should would immediately qualify her statement to mean not what she actually said.

But clearly the real target here are that folks that know that Obama is even more of an Islamist appeaser than Hillary and she just wants to reassure them and resend that message. These are the Reagan Democrats… They support Israel and they believe that we should unequivocally support Israel, as a opposed to folks that have the point of view that Israel should just take our orders as it does now and not get the same benefits as countries like Norway or Saudi who continually supports Islamist terrorists

We, along with the UN, should sanction Iran if such an attack occurred. Then place additional sanctions on top of the previous sanctions. Repeat second sentence over and over.

Only that will show them the power of sanctions.

I was thinking about sanctions earlier re: something else, and since you brought it up, I have to ask:
Anyone more versed than I, can you tell me if sanctions ever really achieve anything against oppressive governments? My intuition tells me no. Someone will always deal. (China/Mugabe, anyone? among others…)

He really did drink the communist koolaid; Hillary only pretends she did, when the polls indicate it would be useful.

Hillary makes the koolaid. I’m not kidding. She doesn’t buy socalism. She just wants everyone else to buy it so she has the power. End. Of. Story.
I’m sure Sigy would back me up on this.
The strangest thing is, BO really believes this stuff, and thinks everyone else does to, even if they ‘don’t realize’ it yet. It’s so creepy…. really, really creepy.

Hillary can’t lose the whack-job left vote – she doesn’t have it. And the pro-Israeli Dems mostly exist on the right side of the left; the whack left is anti-Israel, even the Jewish ones.

She doesn’t lose anything with this.

After that she will switch her rhetoric to whatever the next target population happens to be. Which is a good strategy, because words are soon shoved out of the way and forgotten by regular people in our 24/7 news mileux.
