Unemployment is still near historic lows; the stock market is recovering; earnings reports are generally good; the low dollar is stimulating exports; and the 3% drop in interest rates have yet to kick in. If it comes roaring back over the summer, the Dems are going to be muttering “It’s the economy. . .” right back into minority status.
