Why were the Weathermen relatively successful at bombing important buildings? One likely strategy: they followed Churchill’s* instructions and ditched their hippie attire to dress and act like “the Man” when attacking the government or other organizations. Yet their success at physical destruction brought down the wrath and power of our government. They learned that overt,violent rebellion failed.

As a result, they have morphed their old strategy to apply towards gaining academic, political and economic power. What they couldn’t gain through terrorism, many have gained by blending in and hiding their objectives. Now decades later, they are termites chewing away at our culture and government.

Once elected, most of us agree that someone coached him to not leave a clear record in the state senate. His actions were a strange political decision. How many new politicians avoid going on record in public remarks or by taking stands in the controversial votes? Normally, new politicians urgently attempt to attract attention by their political decisions, not avoid it.

These actions indicate Obama was being groomed before his first election to maintain a public image imitating a mainstream Democrat. If he knew his sponsors would be backing his next attempt to leap to a higher rung, then any concerns would be calmed over a lack of great publicity.

It reminds me of Ward Churchill’s famous advice three years ago. I believe the speech was broadcast on radio and is available online. He advised his listeners that they had to start dressing “like the Man” in order to disguise their intentions, gain admittance, and then go about causing damage. In Churchill’s example, he was referring to radicals wishing to bomb buildings. (I never understood how that speech did not land that vermin in jail.) In Obama’s case, imitating “the Man” would allow him to gain national prominence and eventually introduce political explosions instead of physical ones.

Now, this politician who deliberately avoided making a reputation at the state level is selected to run for the national Senate. How remarkable, how quick and easy jump was his next leap to power. Certainly, Obama’s political machine must have contained talents far beyond the scope of a state politician. The entire election was unbelievably orchestrated. Many wonder how Obama could afford such high-level help. Neither his gifts nor his minority status explains such an extraordinary leap into national prominence.

Again, it would be interesting to find out precisely when Obama first met Soros. Did Soros hold a nation wide talent search? A political American Idol ?

There has to be some political strategy to stop George Soros’s financial assault on American democracy.

The Weather Underground is an Oscar Nominated feature-length documentary film that follows the rise and fall of the Weather Underground – a group of several hundred young women and men who tried to violently overthrow the American government during the late 1960s and 70s. The claim that Chavez is a dictator is based on nothing but media hype and propaganda. He has more of a democratic claim than Bush. He continues to have the support of the majority of the country, which Bush never had. Chavez has been supported multiple times through elections, recall referenda, and he’s won with huge margins. And the elections were monitored by the EU, the Carter Center, the International Lawyers Guild.

Yep.

Still, I don’t consider my professor a terrorist sympathizer just because he and Ayers are friends and have a common passion for educating the urban youth of Chicago. This doesn’t excuse the previous actions or contemporary comments of Ayers.

Is their passion to educate or indoctrinate? If Ayers adopted son, Chessa Boudin, is an example of how he “educates” people, then education to him is conversion. Chesa says -

We have a different name for the war we’re fighting now—now we call it the war on terrorism, then they called it the war on communism. My parents were all dedicated to fighting U.S. imperialism around the world. I’m dedicated to the same thing.”
