Carter is a doddering old buffoon who is struggling to shrug off the mantle of the least effective president if history. As someone from Georgia, I’m so truly ashamed of Jimmuh Cartah. Following close behind are Cynthia McKinney, John Lewis, Bill Campbell, Bill McKinney, Maynard Jackson… um, I’m running out of space for Georgia apologies. Perhaps one day Carter can lead a delegation of all these reprobates to Syria, and PRIOR to leaving that country we can revoke ALL their passports!

The only bright light we have is Zell Miller. Unfortunately the dim bulb of Carter outshines any others.

somehow a former President with a long standing history or successfully brokering peace agreements between Arabs and Israelis (the only one)should somehow be sanctioned for talking to the elected government of the Palestinian people… I know it rubs you saddos the wrong way… but eat it.

I would hate to see Myrick as veep. I’m proud to have Sue represent me in congress and would rather she stay there! Senator Richard Burr more than makes up for Edwards anyway.
As for Edwards,

The Democrats should have nominated Edwards. They wouldn’t be in this mess right now.

Although I disagree with Edwards’ politics, my pride in NC runs much deeper than her politics. This is truly the greatest state in the greatest country on the face of the eart.

Why should the US taxpayer fund Jimmah’s playpen…the so-called think tank? Just what return is the taxpayer getting out of it? Reduce the deficit by that allocation, aat least.

And pull his Secret Service detail, why risk those fine people? Bush won’t get one, and Jimmah has been out of the loop so long he couldn’t, if he ever did, know anything valuable, I would guess.

I say revoke his passport, and have him criminally charged by the United States Attorney General with violating the Logan Act and TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 113B > § 2339B § 2339B: Providing material support or resources to designated foreign terrorist organizations. It still amazes me how liberals complain that Bush should be investigated and impeached for spurious crimes against 'humanity', and yet, here we are, the entire world witnessing Carter's blatant violations of American law, and they've got absolutely nothing to say.
