The Ed Morrissey Show: Jim Geraghty
posted at 1:30 pm on April 16, 2008 by Ed Morrissey
Today, on the Ed Morrissey Show (3 pm ET), Jim Geraghty of National Review’s Campaign Spot joins us to take a look at the status of the presidential race. Has Obama made his case as a man of the people? Do he and his wife know anyone other than lawyers? How is McCain’s speech on the economy yesterday faring? All this and much, much more!
Now you can call and join the conversation at 651-314-7193, or Skype me! You have to join the chat to do that, though, so be sure to register at Ustream to participate in our raucous live-chat sessions…
Also, you can use the RSS feed to download the show as a podcast. I’ll add it to iTunes shortly.

Ed, I noticed you didn’t have anyone posting. I see when you have some beautiful lady on your show, lots of posts. The men here go bonkers and I enjoy reading what they have to say. We gals know all about guys, still funny.

Have we permanently lost the ability to download audio podcasts of these programmes? Since the switch to ustream.tv, the RSS feed has either pointed to .usv video links with no ability to download the audio or, more recently, an entirely blank RSS document.
None of these programmes have appeared on iTunes in the last week.
I, and I suspect many regular listeners to these programmes, do not wish to be tethered to their computers to listen to them, but rather be able to listen at liberty whilst doing other things.
It would be really sad to see the podcast option go away, and it would, I suspect, substantially reduce the audience for this programme.
Can we get the podcasts back (ideally in both downloadable MP3 and iTunes)?

I join Mr. Walker in missing to mp3 option for listening to your daily show, Cap’t. The connection I have at work isn’t allowed to stream music or videos due to the amount of people using it during the day. Plus your Friday program has become my background while I start the Saturday morning chores around the house. I hope you get this option back soon.
